CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
До спортивної школи приймаються ВСІ діти, що бажають займатися футболом, які виконали standards established by the training program for futsal, football, and have no medical contraindications.
Enrollment in the Communal Institution of the Youth Sports School "Academy of Futsal" of the Zhytomyr City Council is carried out on the basis of:
1. Statements of parents or persons replacing them;
2. Medical opinion of the doctor of the polyclinic at the place of residence that there are no medical contraindications for classes;
3. Copies of birth certificate and identification code.
Pupils of the school have the right to:
- safe and harmless learning conditions;
- use of sports and health facilities;
- participation in various types of educational and training work, sports competitions and other events;
- free expression of views, beliefs, protection from any form of exploitation, mental and physical violence from the actions of pedagogical and other workers that violate their rights, humiliate honor and dignity;
- obtaining a school graduation certificate and an athlete's personal card.
School pupils are obliged to:
- to improve and improve one's skills;
- perform educational and training loads in order to achieve the planned sports results;
- participate in competitions and educational and training meetings, according to individual and calendar plans;
- observe the established sports regime and personal hygiene;
- other obligations are stipulated by the current legislation.
Parents of pets or persons replacing them have the right:
